Let it snow!

Someone forgot to tell the weatherman that we live in the SOUTH. But that's okay, because we had a beautiful white Christmas. My first ever! Not only did we get a white Christmas, we got the most snow we've ever had.

Now here it is 3 days later and the snow hasn't melted and it is "0" degrees out this morning. That's not a temperature! That's not anything! That's zilch! Zero! Nothing! That's "I can't go anywhere honey so I have to stay inside and craft" weather. Heh heh heh.

Some pictures to share:

Do you think I can use this for our Christmas card picture next year?

I take this same picture each year, I never tire of seeing my husband pulling my son up the road on the sled.

My son named the snowman we made "HOS." Stands for Huge Outstanding Snowman.

Just loved how this tree looked so pristine.

This is what cats do when it snows. I'm not sure they've moved from this spot in the past 3 days.

Anyway, thanks for looking! I'm hoping to get some crafting done for my "January mantel" so stay tuned!

Until next time,

  1. I love how you have a link list for people to add their blogs. So much so I just had to do it too. :) I am excited to look around your blog some more.
I love the way snow looks, but, zero? That is insane! I'm in Idaho and our high for today is in single digits!
